No, but if you use Tomboy Online we are working on an HTML5 mobile
client that is meant to work on all major mobile platforms.

Of course!  It would be very welcome.  Since WP7 is .NET-based,
perhaps there are opportunities for code-sharing.

Most mobile clients are focused on sync with Tomboy Online or Ubuntu
One.  In that case, you wouldn't be dealing with full .note files.
