Yes, so far as I know. I added the following repositories to my sources:

http://ppa.launchpad.net/tomboy-packagers/stable/ubuntu maverick main 
(Source Code)
	and
http://ppa.launchpad.net/tomboy-packagers/stable/ubuntu maverick main
