[tomboy-list] note opens up off-screen on windows

I used to get this a lot when I moved around from one machine to another.

The quick/easy way is get the user to open the note and make sure it's
got the focus by clicking it in the window list. Then press ALT+Space
to bring up the window context menu (which will appear _on_ screen),
choose 'Move' and then drag it on screen with the cursor keys. Horrid,
but it works.
