For now, Tomboy Online is such a service. It is in beta, but if you
sign up and then privately mail me your username or ping me on GimpNet
#snowy via IRC, I'll enable it.

https://edge.tomboy-online.org - After you have an account and it is active

In the tomboy synchronization preferences, just type in
https://edge.tomboy-online.org and (after making sure you are logged
into tomboy online), click Save. Note that your account has to be
activated prior to syncing your notes. At this time, they are not
encrypted but only members of the gnome.org sysadmin team such as
myself have access to the data.
