[tomboy-list] GtkSpell memory leak?

I am trying to fix this bug.

I notice that in the normal case GTKspell is attached when note is opened but is never being detached (unless invoked from the preferences).  I am not sure how GTK spell works so just wondering if this would cause a leak? 

Btw why is there no spell checking option for Windows?
