[tomboy-list] Installing the new version

Hi! I still have the 1.8.3 version and want to upgrade it to the newest
one, but I don't understand how to install it once I unzip it and the
phrase "Versions of Tomboy starting with (and including) 1.3.2 support
standard upgrade installations. " in the website isn't precisely
informative :P
I was wondering if anyone could help me.
