[tomboy-list] update on UbuntuOne notes sync?

So the Ubuntu One status wiki
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Status) says that notes sync
is not working.
Its been down for almost 4 days.  How does one get an update on
the status from UbuntuOne?
